Enjoy a night out doing something new and different -- cooking an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. You'll meet new people, cook in one most beautiful kitchens in Maine, learn something new, and enjoy a delicious dinner. In this class, up to 16 guests will learn the secrets to making Cambodian banh xeo (pronounced Bahn chow). It's a dinner crepe stuffed with roasted coconut and chicken that's served as a lettuce wrap or salad with fresh cucumbers, Thai basil, mint, and lime-chili sauce. All ingredients, instruction, and dinner included. BYOB. This event is gluten-free (the crepe is made with rice flour).
