I will be doing a free, lunch-time talk at Portland Public Library, entitled: "Maine Immigrant Kitchens: A Chef’s View." The event is sponsored by the 30th Annual Camden Conference. Their theme this year is: "Refugees and Global Migration: Humanity’s Crisis." I'll share my unique perspective on immigration after cooking with immigrants from over 60 countries in Maine.
