In this hands-on class, you'll learn the secrets of making pad Thai and fresh spring rolls. Ingredients: rice noodles, rice paper, mint, Thai basil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, Thai chilis, shallot, egg, onion, fish sauce, peanuts, bean sprouts, shrimp, chicken, sugar, distilled vinegar. The evening is gluten-free, and can be vegetarian on request (please let us know when purchasing ticket). Please bring whatever you like to drink.
