Enjoy a night out doing something new and different -- cooking an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. You'll meet new people, cook in a professional kitchen, learn something new, and enjoy a delicious dinner. In this class, up to 20 guests will learn the secrets to making a classic Dominican dish called la bandera. It's a special way of preparing beans, rice, fried green plantains (tostones) and meat. Please bring whatever you would like to drink (besides water) and a baseball hat (to cover your hair in the professional kitchen). Chef Sterling will bring all the ingredients and supplies. This event is gluten-free and can be vegetarian as desired.
